[HELP] Cannot connect HAMMERHEAD True Wireless X to PC(Win7)

Just recieved my earbuds, work on mobile with the app just fine. I want to use them with my PC which does indeed have Bluetooth connectivity. However when I pair the devices Windows cannot auto-find drivers for the earbuds and they cannot properly pair and become funcional. I retried the process a few times and it did not help. There are no drivers for manual installation on the internet that I could find, let alone authentic, there are suspicious .exes out there that Im not sure if I want to trust. Important note I am on 64bit Win 7. Cannot contact Razer support as there is no such "common issue" from the dropdown tables they provide and the forms for contact are broken to begin with and I cannot submit any ticket there.(Tried a different browser, the support feature is a bit of a mess, sorry Razer.) Please help me resolve my issue. Feel free to ask me about any other PC specifications or other information necessary.
