Hey guys, so I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X for my new PC. Everything is working perfectly except the mic. Windows seems to recognize the device and I can select it as the input, but whenever I try and speak using it, the only thing that comes out the other end is static. I watched the troubleshooting video, and i'm at the point where it says to use Synapse. The issue is that I lost the card that had the ID on it in that came with the headset (idiot move by me) I can send proof of the headset, or the payment, and I still have the box. Any advice is appreciated especially for trying to fix the mic.

Hey! I appreciate that you maximized some external resources to troubleshoot the microphone issue with your device. I’d like to have a full grasp of the troubleshooting steps that you performed, can you send me a PM with the link to the video you watched? By the way, take note that your device is not supported by Razer Synapse. You may, however, use the 7.1 Surround Sound application.
