How can I get support to reply?

    Hi -

    I have an auto generated response to an issue I submitted a week ago which did include a case number, no other response from Support. Chat continues to be not functional. How do I get support to reply and act?

    Unfortunately still no response - phone calls to support get booted when connecting to the laptop queue. Stepped away from my desk when someone replied in chat and that is now closed and no longer accepting connections.

    Anyone got ideas on how to get a response?

    You're not alone. I created a ticket on 12/4, got a canned response that they would get back to me. Nothing. Sent another email asking for an update last week. Still waiting...

    Waiting on chat for over an hour finally got me through to someone. Still waiting for the RMA number in email so I can send the blown battery back to them.
