How do I return my Thx software that I did not want to buy

I did not want to by THX soft ware but I thought you had too to use my headsets surround sound (razer kraken tournament edition) and now I am trying to return it. I've called customer support and opened a case up with them, in which they said I would receive an email with return steps which I haven't gotten after almost a week.
