    SO i already brought mine Razer Kraken X headphone about few months ago. So today I suddenly face a problem where the headphone suddenly didnt make a sound so I tried fixing it but it still didnt work so i uninstall the surround sound 7.1 and reinstall it back then suddenly it ask for my activation id so i put the id activation that already i got and it said license code already been used. Now I dont how to login back to my surround sound 7.1 software and now I also cant use my headphone. So is there any other way for me to login and use my headphone as normal without buying a new one just because of my activation code problem?

    This problem typically appears when an existing code is saved onto your registry, which is why the app was unable to sync properly with our servers.
