How to stop e-Mails by Razer?

    I tried everything! I clicked onto the unsubscribe button and opted out several times and I wrote a Mail to the support! But nevertheless I am getting nearly every day Mails from Razer!

    How to stop it???

    My next step will be to report the Mails as Spam at our local Authority ...

    If you can see what address the emails are coming from we can better let you know why they are being sent to you and how to stop them. There should be an unsuscribe button at the bottom of any email that Razer sends for advertising or support.

    If you are receiving emails from the insider forums then maybe you replied on a thread and didnt uncheck the box which says receive email notifcations. In that case you can go to the specific thread and add another comment whilst this time unchecking the box "and receive email notifications".

    OK, I am sure, the Mails are from Razer Germany! Below you can see such a Mail in two parts. If I click on their link to unsubscribe, I come to my profile and yes, I removed it now at least ten times! But I get still every day this spam from Razer.

    And if I click on the rest I com to the shop!

    And all my Mails got no answer at all ...

    @Razer: Stop this Spam!!! It is against the Law!

    If you are using gmail or any other email client you can set up a spam filter for this specific address which wont show you emails from this address anymore. This shouldnt be happening but im not sure why you are receiving emails even after unsubscribing.

    Log into your account using this link:
    scroll into "Contact" then click on "Notifications" there uncheack what kind of message you dont want and click save.

    If method above dont help and you are sure you dont have any replay on your messages. Contact razer via chat service and ask to remove your email from newsletter they shold help you during the conversation.

    I have the same issue and it drives me insane. I have already tried to contact support but never got an answer :mad_: no matter what I do, I keep receiving emails about stuff on sale.

    cant you simply unsubscribe, from within the email itself?

    Nope, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work I’ve unticked everything ages ago. Now when I click unsubscribe there’s nothing else for me to untick.
