I can't register my RAZER KRAKEN V3 X

Everytime i try to register my product (RAZER KRAKEN V3 X) it appears a error saying: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again." Well i put correctly the informations as the ID number and the product number. I don't really know what to do if someone can help me please contact me.
