I need a replacement for my Razer Raion.

  1. My Razer Raion is faulty, it came in a mishandled package and it doesn't register diagonals.
    I bought it off Amazon.it, I am from Italy afterall.
    Amazon has awarded me a full refund and the ability to keep the item since the seller wasn't helpfull at all and also tried to scam me.
    Can I get a replacement?
