"invalid zipcode" for postal code

Can someone help me with an issue with the checkout

I'm trying to purchase a couple items but at the checkout ot says "Please enter a valid zip code" however from what I understand a "zip code" is an american thing but here in Canada we have "postal codes"

ive purchased a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard and a Razer Naga Trinity at christmas season last year so im not sure why this is a problem now. They definately ship to Canada and I didn't have this problem last year so idk

for referance im trying to purchase Razer Gigantus V2 - 3XL and the Razer Nari Ultimate, both of which in stock. Ill put a screenshot of my error message



any help or suggestions would be great, could razer help me give them money please 🙂

a month with no reply, useless. I just went with a SteelSeries Arctis 7, better headset for the price anyway.
