So the issue in my "multimedia volume key in Blackwidow chroma elite keyboard" is that when I make volume up it is not ALWAYS responding in my command and the volume goes down instead of going up but only some times and for a moment but in repeat.
For example when the volume is on 50, I try to volume up and the volume goes up and down while my hand turns the key in ONLY one direction.
The same problem happens when I try to low the volume.
I want your opinions on this guys and on what am I missing?
Can multimedia keys be opened and cleaned?
Do the multimedia keys are dirty enough or they don't have good connection? If not, then what is the cause of the problem?
I had this problem since I bought the keyboard, only now it's gone wilder.
