Issues with Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and Discord

So I recently acquired a Kraken Kitty Edition, and there are no issues when running a singular app. I can play a game, or I can talk in Discord without any issues. The problems arise when I try to have a discord call and also play games, most notably Overwatch. The headset warps the game sounds and produces a stuttering version of the game noises as well. Discord is also distorted and cuts out the voices of people I'm in a call with, lowering their volume and sometimes just cutting the voices completely. I have tried independently talking on Discord and had no issues, and have tried independently playing Overwatch and have had no issues, but as soon as sound from more than one input is received, issues arise immediately.

Do you get the same result when playing other games as well? Have you tried using another communication platform and check if the issue is the same? Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you accordingly.
