    I want to register my new keyboard but the serial number is nor recognised.
    Can anyone help please.

    Please make sure everything is entered correctly.
    My mistake was always the wrong input of "0" and "O".

    You also enter the hyphen (-), at the product number?

    Is the S/N that is not recognised. The keyboard is the blackwidow elite. Allowing this confusion is just dumb of manufacturers. I am still having issues registering it.

    Is this a new keyboard or has the keyboard been previously used by another person?
    Or did you buy the keyboard from someone? Not that the keyboard was already registered by someone else.

    I would recommend sending a private message to a support stuff with this problem.

    I'm sure you can register this keyboard at if it's not already registered.

    but that really surprised me now.
    There are some (very old) Razer products that unfortunately can not register.
    My brother also has a Razer Blackwidow Elite and it worked without any problems.
