Hi Support,
i've got a Razer Blade Pro 17 rz09-02877G92 and am very pleased with the device.
Unfortunately one of the keys (F12) has a broken led (blue color missing).
When I change the keyboard colors to blue the F12 key remains green. Changing to red, it also changes to red.
It bugs me a bit and maybe you have any advise on how to fix this issue.

Could you send me a short clip when the LED changes? That way, I can better grasp the situation. For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following the steps on this page. Then, PM me the serial number of your laptop. I can use it to verify its model and look into a model-specific solution. Let's pick it up from there.
