Hey guys!
I uninstalled the 7.1 Surround driver from the Device Manager and i tried to install the 7.1 Surround app a couple of times but it doesn't install the driver and it doesn't create the playback.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

What i did to fix it was to go in the Device Manager -> Click on Action -> Add Legacy Drivers -> Tick to install manually -> Click on Sound,video and game controllers and click next -> Scroll down until you see Razer and click it -> on the right side you will see Model, just click 7.1 Surround sound and click next and next again and that's it. That's how i fixed it!

It looks like there is no way for a new user to start a thread. I purchases a Kraken 7.1 Ultimate V2. Everything was fine except it has coil whine. This is really a rookie mistake. You simply design the switch mode power supplies to run at a frequency outside the audio range. The product was nice but I had to return it behind the coil whine was just too much. Turning off the LEDs didn't remove it.
It cost $15 to return them. i would wait for rev 3.
