Kraken Kitty Edition Disconnecting/Reconnecting

My Kitty Kraken headset (bought new in December 2020) will disconnect/reconnect seemingly randomly while using Discord and playing a game (any game will cause this to occur). When the headset disconnects/reconnects it disappears from Synapse and causes my other Razer devices (Black Widow keyboard and Naga Chroma mouse) to reset in their lighting cycle.

I posted about this issue back in July, but then had the issue resolved temporarily by unplugging my headset, shutting down my pc, plugging the headset back in, and starting the pc back up. This resolution only lasted around a month, and I've been dealing with the problem again since. I'm reaching out once again in hopes that there will be an actual fix to this problem this time (although based on other threads noting the same problem, my hopes aren't very high).

In July when I wrote about the issue, it would only occur when Synapse was running. Now, even with Synapse closed/not running, the disconnection/reconnection will still happen.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, unplugging and replugging my headset, disabling all other audio devices, and going through and adjusting the power settings outlined in this post as well as in this Youtube video. Nothing has solved the issue.
