Kraken Tournament Edition Multiple Tracking Numbers Given to me [US]


I have been trying to get my headset replaced for a while. It was great while it was working well. After I was finally able to get a label to ship it to Mira Loma, waiting for two weeks, it turns out that the shipping label number on their system was different than what I had used. They sent me at least 3 different labels and I did not know until recently. When I had emailed their team, with the tracking number that I had used, they seemed to not even read it. Now I'm still stuck in limbo between not getting emails back, connecting to a phone agent, or being able to talk to someone on chat.
