Kraken V3 X Product Registration Error.


I'm trying to register my V3 X so I can get an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound, however whenever I go to register, in Step 3 of the process it says "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again." This error just is repeating over and over again. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I'm having this exact same problem with my KRAKEN V3 X. But for some reason whenever I ask RAZER to just register the product for me, they refuse to do it and they say that if you get this error message, then you can never register the product.

Hi guys! Are you still experiencing the same error message while trying to register your headsets? Please let me know through PM with the serial number of your devices so I can validate its model specifications and start a case if necessary. -Thread closed to curb conversation to PM.
