top is what the app looks like when i enable surround sound, below is my playback device settings. the Sound Blaster Recon 3DI will work regularly, but not with surround sound.

Kraken X 7.1 Surround Sound Not working
Got the headset yesterday, and tried to activate the surround sound today. It was working well until i set "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound) as the default device. Now there's no audio and when i try to activate the surround sound the app won't let me pick an output device. I've tried restarting my computer, looking at other threads here, reinstalling the Surround sound app, and registering the product.

Hi there! Is there no audio output to both of the Kraken X and the computer's speakers? Let me know.
