Kraken X 7.1 Surround Sound Not Working

Hello, I recently purchased the Kraken X's for PC, and the audio and microphone works without a problem. However, I downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound download, and used the code, but I cannot get the surround sound to work. The issue occurs when I change the playback device to "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)." To test that the software is not at fault, I turned on surround sound through the app, and used my standard playback device, and could hear noise without an issue, but as soon as I set the 7.1 Playback device on the speaker icon on the bottom right of desktop, I cannot hear anything. As well, when I go on YouTube with this issue, I get an error reading, "Audio renderer error, please restart your computer" (I also put a picture of the issue below) I've tried resetting my computer, and haven't had any luck. I hope this issue gets resolved.

Go into your settings and delete all of your drivers and their software, then reinstall them. Restart your PC then try to update your pc, then reinstall the 7.1 software and see how that works.
