Kraken X: included activation code for Spatial Audio invalid

    I lost the card after purchasing my Kraken X headphones about a month ago, but just found it today! Went to enter in the THX Spatial Audio trial version of the app to activate, but I keep getting the message that this code is invalid. I have the card still, can send pictures/ screenshots of everything if needed. Thanks

    THX Spatial Audio does not require any activation code.

    That code you mentioned is for activating 7.1 Surround Sound, you can find out more by clicking the following~~~

    Try using English US keyboard format
    We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.

    Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.

    Prepare the followings~~~
    1. Name
    2. S/N
    3. P/N
    4. Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
    5. Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
    Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio
