Ive recently purchased the kraken x lite 7.1 and when i tried discord my mic only detects weird noises, the audio sounds great but the problem is the mic, i tried a lot of things and it doesnt get solved, please help me!!

Plug the headset into a smartphone to test if the mic is still functional. Send over your results via PM along with the serial number of your Kraken X Lite. Let's continue this there.

olá, eu estou com o mesmo problema! Testei o geadset em um smartphone e funcionou bem (fones e microfone), o problema está no adaptador, o que devo fazer?
