Late 2018 Razer Blade Stealth Keyboard Backlighting Not Working

Hello,

I have had my Razer Blade Stealth since about November of 2018. For the first year and a half or so the keyboard lighting worked perfectly fine. However in the past few weeks the lights began flickering and turning on and off randomly. Also often about half the keyboard would be lit while the other half would not be lit. Now the backlighting on my keyboard does not function at all. I cannot turn them on at all.

I have tried reinstalling the Synapse 2.0 software, updating the software, restarting the computer, checking all the settings including the power settings but I cannot find out why the backlights are no longer working.

I know that I am out of warranty, but I was wondering if there might be other software issues that could be causing this and if not what other options I might have.
