Hi, my headphones started to do beep boop, so I decided to uninstall drivers.
Unfortunately, I do not have the activation code with me anymore
The product is linked to my account but not sure why it cannot automatically let me use 7.1 surround sound

Could you help me to get an activation code please, thanks

PM me the serial number of your device along with the email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify its model and check for any code allocated on your accounts.
