Hello! I just bought my headset Razer Kraken and when I putted my surround sound code on the software to activate this one, it didn't work.
How could I fix this problem?

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.
If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.
Prepare the followings~~~
Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.

- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
