"My Games" tab wont load and I cant add games too

Hello, as I said in the title the "My Games" tab won't load and it shows the loading sign, i also waited for 2 hours or more so dont tell me to wait for it. Also when i try to add something it would just say failed to add game and still doesnt load. Failed to add games is not the problem i care about, i want to fix the my games tab only for now to see if i can add games back again when its working normally

Have you tried clearing the cache of the Cortex app? Maybe Uninstall and reinstall? I found that on y Android phone that Google Play also interferes when trying to launch games, so maybe a 3rd party app interfering?

[ 13.02.2021, 12:27 AM ] Fixed the logo by trying a fix on the windows uninstaller, I did a clean reinstall (deleting all of the existing files of cortex) but still, it didn't work.

[ 16.02.2021, 11:24 PM ] I've now fixed Razer Cortex by uninstalling all registry keys and installation files (which is the cleanest reinstall ever). Thanks to S1ndrome for trying to help me but I'm gonna now log out from this account and never come back to this forum ever again, I will find help on other sites. Peace.
