My gaming hours doesn't count in razer cortex!
I've been using razer cortex to count my hours and I have checked the days and then I noticed that Cortex stopped counting my hours after 14 days! I have checked "supported games" and games I usually play all t he time like: Apex Legends, Garry's mod, Minecraft does all seem to be supported games. I find this very frustrating, please help me.

Thank you for sharing your concern with us regarding the Squad Rewards Campaign. The competition last for 14 days and ended on Aug 04, at 00:00 UTC. After that time, you will not win gameplay hours by playing the supported games.
There are three periods for the whole campaign:
Pre-Season: You can join and squad up, but cannot win gameplay hours by playing the supported games. Always last for 2 weeks.
Season 9: July 07 02:00 - July 21 00:00 UTC
Competition Period: The maximum Razer Silver pool will not increase anymore when the competition starts. Users can join and win gameplay hours by playing supported games.
Always Last for 2 weeks.
Season 9: July 21 00:00 - Aug 04 00:00 UTC
Post Season: All the Silver prizes have been claimed in the Silver pool. You can claim Post Season Solo Prizes: Vote to Win Event and Game Key Giveaway Event.
