My headset cuts out randomly (help)

    Hello!
    I bought a Razer Electra V2 USB three days ago and face problems since then.
    The only problem is that my headset cuts out randomly after every 2-3 hours of usage, I can't hear a single sound, wether be my friends, music, or the game I would be playing, absolutely nothing, my microphone stops working at the same time, my friends cannot hear anything I say. Only way to solve this is to either plug my headset in and out (which makes my game extremely quiet until I close it) or completely restart my PC.
    Technically wise I have set my Razer headset to default in the control panel settings for in & output, my headset is also connected to Synapse 2.0 and volume settings should be fine there (Synapse 3 didn't even detect my headset).
    This issue has caused a lot of troubles and I'm deeply disappointed. I cannot return this product due to hygiene purposes since I've put it on my ears for long periods of times.

    First thing you need to check is if the PC properly detects the headset. Open up the Device Manager and send me a screenshot of the USB and Audio devices.

    Don't worry about it. The device does appear properly so we'll have to look for other possible causes. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset. I'll take it from there.
