The mic on my Kraken tournament headset began distorting my voice a few days ago (my voice sounds somewhat robotic and there is a constant static noise). Until now the mic was working fine. I tried reinstalling synapse and a few solutions i found online but nothing helped. I don't think i mishandled the headset to cause this since I never throw it around or anything of that nature, so I think it's a software issue. Is this a common occurrence and is there a way to fix it by myself or should i try to get the headset replaced as I bought it two months ago?
