Hello
I have this mouse for 6 months and until last week I didn't had any issues.
Now my pc can not boot with Basilisk mouse plugged in.
After the windows boots(without the mouse plugged in), I can plug in the mouse and use it normally.
I uninstalled and installed the synapse software.
I plugged the mouse in all usb port 2.0 or 3.0 and tryed to boot, same issue.
I used the mouse on another pc, no issue, windows boots.
My pc setup:
cpu Intel i7 2600K
mb Gigabyte Z77-HD4
ram 16GB
hdd 2 x Sandisk Ultra 3D 500GB

Did anyone solve this issue?

Hi @praetorianwls, it is possible that your PC is booting up using the Basilisk's memory instead of your HDD or SSD that actually has the OS. Try disabling "Boot from USB" function in your motherboard's BIOS. Send me a PM with the link to this thread should the problem persist.
Funny situation, I can't find "Boot from USB" in BIOS. Maybe this option is under a special option, that I can't find.
I will open a trouble ticket with Gigabyte
Thanks

Try going to Advanced BIOS Settings then under the Boot tab, make sure that you only have 1 Boot Device and that should be your HDD or SSD. It would be best if you disable 2nd and 3rd Boot Devices then try disabling the Quick Boot feature.
