My Silver Squad is not being claimed like it's suppose to.

Hello , this is my first time posting this and im here to make a complain correct me if i'm the wrong one here but the FAQ silver squad rewards says after you claimed them "The credit will be rewarded in 5 minutes" but it's already been 2-3 weeks but nothing. I've have submit countless of ticket to the support none of them helpful all it's say long sentence that has nothing to do with the fixes or say "sorry" but still nothing fix. any admin or important people of the razer insider please take action on this cause i've been patience and if this doesn't fix or this post blind eyes then i won't be bothering the cortex or any sort of event it's either waste you're time or might just get real money to buy something just not from the company you trusted. Thank you and im sorry but i really had enough.

Based on your screenshot, we can see that your team has won 50,000 Razer Silver in the Squad Rewards Competition. These 50,000 Silver will be distributed proportionally based on the gameplay time contribution of each Squad member according to the Squad Rewards FAQ. So, there should be 12,500 Silver from the Squad Rewards competition credited to your Silver Wallet.

To figure out the causes of this issue, could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the transaction history of your Razer Silver Wallet?

To check your Silver transaction history, please click your Cortex profile picture, then, tap the Razer Silver icon from the drop-down menu, it will take you automatically to the Razer Gold website. After you log in, please tap your profile image. From the drop-down menu, you can see the transaction history of your Razer Silver by clicking 'Transactions'. Then, if there are Silver from the Squad Rewards, the transaction description would be 'Razer Cortex Squad Rewards(Post Paid)'.
