Naga pro 2.4 mode not working

    My naga pro can't work in 2.4g mode since last week. It only works properly in wired mode now.
    1. The mouse in 2.4g mode(no wire connect to mouse and mouse bottom switch at 2.4) don't have any response when moving or clicking. And can't be seen in synapse 3.
    2. The mouse is 100% charged in wired mode. Can be seen at synapse 3. upload_2021-9-21_22-29-7.png
    3. The LED is on and breathing,in both mode
    4. The receiver driver is properly installed. The firmware is up to date both mouse and receiver. Can been seen in windows device manger.(In fig below, One "naga pro" is wired connection, one is receiver ) upload_2021-9-21_22-20-56.png upload_2021-9-21_22-32-39.png

    Were you able to connect it to a different PC to check if it yields the same issue? For now, try using our Mouse Pairing Utility to fix this. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its model and l check its warranty status.
