Naga trinity double click / can't hold click. recurring issues

    i bought it a couple months ago and there is always this issue popping on and off. had the same problem on a 2016 deathadder mouse.
    i tried uninstalling synapse. more then once
    i tried changing synapse account.
    pretty sure this is a software issue since both mouse got it.

    any more hint or trick i coud use ?

    Hello there! Does this issue also happen if Synapse is closed off? Also, have you tried using it with another PC? Let me know.

    I have the same problem with the Trinity (the second one I got after I did RMA for the first). It doesn't seem to be a software issue. Tried on different PCs and with Synapse on and off. I have the problem on both left and right mouse buttons. It developed within 6 months of light usage.

    Hello,
    How above issue was solved? I have exactly the same issue with left and right mouse buttons. I thought that it is only my mouse that have such issue, but I can see that on this forum I can find few post about similar issue with LMB and RMB. All these posts are closed without solution so please share with one that is working:)

    I bought my naga trinity on amazon prime day and am having a similar issue. I also tried it on another laptop while working and again had a similar issue when i would hold the left click it would not allow me to drag. I have tried various usb ports, and reinstalling the software and still have the same issue of double clicks and it not holding my left click.
