Nari Ultimate issue.

Was play Anthem and the sound cut in and out several times. Thought maybe battery going dead. After cutting out the sound was different. Very low bass and the haptic feedback was barely there. I shut down the game and went into synapse to check settings. I noticed that the total sound was different. Tried changing the settings and nothing. Uninstalled synapse and reinstalled. The sound is not the same.

I used to have the haptic feedback on around 30% and they rumbled real nice. Now I barely notice any difference between 30% and 10%. They used to rattle my head now the haptic feedback is minimal. Any suggestions?

Bought them at best buy on December 20th so a return is a no go.

Just did some testing in BFV. Seems the haptic is not working on the right side.
So I called tech support. They had me do the normal routine to rule things out. I had a older build of windows so I updated it. Reinstalled Synapse after the update. This did not fix the issue. However now it seems to be something with the Bluetooth dongle.

I moved the USB dongle to another port. That seemed to fix it. I come back the next day and again the haptics and overall sound was minimal and dull. I just switched to another usb port and it seems to be working again. I have no clue what is happening.

Again I was having no problems on the old build. The sound cut out playing a game and the sound went to crud.

Any Ideas from anyone?

Hello there! Apologies for the late response. Are you still having the same issue? What's the current build of Synapse 3? Let me know.
I finally just formatted and re-installed windows. It needed it anyway. Still don't know what the issue was? Just know sometimes a clean OS hits the spot. Working like a champ now!! Although I will say Synapse is still finicky right now but all is good. Can keep teeth rattling from the haptics 🙂
