So starting today, my Nari Ultimate when in wireless mode only has sound coming from one side. It is irrelevant when the dongle is plugged in or not, the on and off tone the headset makes is also only coming from one ear (the left). I haven't updated the device in over a month, tried that, didn't fix it. Battery fully charged, didn't fix it. I know it can't possibly be a physical problem because when the headset is used in cabled mode, both cups produce equal and balanced sound. I've done multiple searches for a solution and seen nothing related to this issue, though apparently a lot of people have problems with the Nari Ultimate in other regards. Pretty disappointed considering how expensive this is and it's just under two months old and I don't use it very often, only when gaming and for work conferences to be honest. Also tried a factory rest in Synapse 3, didn't fix it.
Has anyone had this problem, and if so, is there a fix for it, or am I shit outta luck here? Because if it can't be fixed, that's a pretty expensive set of normal headphones it just turned in to.

I also have this problem, for me its sometimes low battery, somethimes i need to turn it off and on, sometimes i plug it through the headphone jack and it works but its pretty annoying. If you have permanently fixed it, please tell me how.
