Nari Ultimate, Volume Low When Listening Wirelessly

When I'm listening to my Nari Ultimate headset wirelessly, the volume is lower than it was when I first started using them. I have the latest version of Synapse 3, using Windows 10. I have tried everything I know to fix this. I checked everything in the Sounds control panel, uninstalled/reinstalled the headset in Device Manager, checked the volume level adjustments everywhere I could find them. Razer tech support has not been any help at all. The two times I've had to call them, including this one, I haven't gotten anyone who seems to know what they're doing. If you have any advice, please let me know.

Hi there! Does the same issue persist when you remove the external speakers? Can you share a screenshot of your playback devices?
The issue persists no matter what I do. And I decided that the problem seems to have actually started when I installed the Synapse 3 software. But even when I uninstall it, whatever it did to my systems seems to have been permanent and I really don't feel like reinstalling Windows. It really seems to be bad software (Synapse). The equalizer and enhancements in the program do nothing to affect my audio no matter how you adjust anything. That's a sign there is a real problem with the software audio interface.
I also wanted to add that there are two entries in my Playback Devices list: Nari Ultimate Chat, and Nari Ultimate Game. Chat is what I've been using on my headphones but I saw under it's Properties in Default Format on the Advanced tab that it is only 1 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz. The one titled Game is 2 channel at the same quality, but that device produces NO audio at all in the headphones when selected. So I'm basically use mono headphones. There is no documentation anywhere explaining what the difference is between the two devices or what we're supposed to do with them.

Thanks for the reply. Please make sure that the playback devices are set as shown below. You can find these in the Playback tab of your Sound Settings. Also, try to adjust the game and chat balance and see if there are any changes.

Nari Ultimate Chat - Default communication device
Nari Ultimate Game - Default device

Also, have you tried reinstalling the Nari headset drivers? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
