I open an incident, with ticket number , was closed, got a new one then was closed again and got a new number , its been about a 100 days since I started looking into this issue, its unbelivable i cant get into a solution, can please get me in touch to some one that can actually resolve my issue?

the close was beause of time not because was resolved...
