New PC, Can't Login to Synapse 3

I have a brand new PC running Windows 10 Pro (64 bit). Downloaded Synapse 3 but receive this "web socket connection" error when trying to log in or "continue as guest." Synapse is unusable, and I cannot customize my keyboard/mouse/speakers.
Any suggestions? I've tried turning off Windows Firewall, uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse 3, using my phone's hot spot instead of home network, but the issue persists. I don't know what to do. :frown_:

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concern here. Please check if you can access your account on this link. Have you checked your computer's firewall or anti-virus if it is blocking any Razer-related files? Also, are you connected to your home network? Ensure that there are no restrictions that could prevent the Razer Synapse 3.0 to load. Should the issue persist, clean reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.
Thanks, everyone. After trying for hours unsuccessfully last night, I was able to log in this morning and now am able to control my Razer devices through Synapse. 🙂
