The new RBS I ordered comes with the 10th Gen Intel (1065G7) Ice Lake CPU and the new Nvidia 1650. I want to purchase a Core X Chroma to use as a docking station and figure why not get something that will boost performance as well. The Nvidia GTX 1660 TI is one of the better cards to pair with that CPU in an eGPU to avoid bottlenecks. Reference below:

However, that graphics card is not on the compatible cards list and I confirmed via live chat that it's not supported in the Chroma. When I asked, "What's the most powerful compatible card you recommend?"... I was told the RTX 2080 Ti.
I sent the live chat rep this link showing a severe bottleneck with that card (not to mention high price)..

He said he will ask someone and would be back in 2 or 3 minutes. After 2 or 3 minutes the chat simply ended without an answer. This was the third time the chat simply ended before I could get an answer.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
