No reply from razer support

So i opened support ticket regarding headset ear cushion on november 12 and then on november 25 i only got razer survey like when your ticket gets closed but i didnt get any reply betweene november 12 and november 25, it just got straight to survey without ever getting reply first.
I tought it was maybe error in razers support system since on november 12 when i was opening ticket there was a message that email support will be under maintance so i tought that might have caused it so i just opened new ticket on november 27 asking the same question but again no reply so far, its already devember 5 and still no reply...

What is happening, is support system having some issues, i already checked my spam folder and nothing is there and no replys are coming from razer…

I've recently become a fan of Razer laptops. I've had great support from telephone technical support. Chat and email support has been poor. I've had two cases closed without resolution or consultation. Both cases were regarding a website error when attempting to purchase an extended warranty for my RB15.

I can only recommend you be persistent and call in your case to reopen it.

I dont think they have phone support in Croatia :(

I live in Croatia but i bought all my razer stuff in germany

I didnt have any problems with razers email support before, i had to replace headset once and that ended up without any single problem and then i had to replace left ear cushion on headset so i contacted them again and everything was solved without any problem but now that i need to replace right ear cushion too i cant reach anyone trough email and all this problems with reaching support started happening after their support system maintance last month….

Hope they fix it
