Hi,
I bought the headset just the other day and when I first started using it I was having issues where I was not getting any sound when I selected Headphones (Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo). The computer in sound settings registers there is sound output but I hear nothing itself. However, when I select Headphones (Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands-Free AG Audio) I can hear from my headset but it's not good quality sound.
I had reset my PC a few times and then suddenly it worked for some reason. Today I was having issues with my PC not seeing my headset as a mic so I disconnected the headset and uninstalled all the related drivers. I got the mic to work after unplugging and plugging in the bluetooth 4.0 adapter but now I'm once again having issues with not hearing anything when I select stereo. I have reset my PC countless times too today.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Are there any suggestions?

Does the issue happen while using different apps such as YouTube, Discord, or video/audio applications? Does the issue happen while Synapse is running in the background? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can look into possible solutions.
