Hey all! I've had the Nommo Chroma speakers for about 2 years now. A few times in the past couple of months, they'll randomly turn ALL the way up or ALL the way down - no matter how much I try to scroll it in the other direction it'll slide right back up. Rebooting sometimes fixes it, other times I have to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers. Doesn't happen with other audio devices, and it's super random - like halfway through a youtube video or when I'm listening to music and not even at the computer.
Anyone have any ideas?

The volume control is highly likely shot, and the rotary encoder highly likely needs to be cleaned, if not replaced. There's not much that I can offer since the device is already beyond the warranty coverage. I will be moving this to our Audio boards. There may be somebody that can guide you through how to take things apart to clean or repair the volume knob.
