nommo pro rgb isn't working

    hey guys , i just bought a razer nommo pro evrything is working fine except for the rgb that isn't working , on synapse everything is working fine too but the rgb is always off , cold someone help me out ?

    Hi there! Can you share a short video of the issue? Also, have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps?
     
  3. i can only change settigns using the mobile phone app/ synapse refuses to see that the spealers are connected. i use the optical connection.
