Noob desperately seeking help

    I recently went a bit mad and bought my first Razer products. I love my keyboard and mouse but for the life of me I cannot set up my headset.

    I bought the Kraken Pro V2 headset. I've plugged it in to the jack (I don't have a separate audio and mic jack so I used the one connection) and nothing. No sound goes to the headset and the mic doesn't seem to work. Do I not have the right jack and need to buy a connector?

    I don't usually use headsets so haven't had to set one up on my PC. I have a HP 24 b015a if that helps at all.

    P.S I recently switched to Windows 10 which I hate and I am struggling to navigate everything.

    Test another PC and see what results you get. Find someone who can help you access one if you don’t have an extra one. Sounds like it’s not the USB model

    Yeah like above cheack it first if everything will work you can buy external sound blaster card cheap so it's not a problem ^^

    @DarkPinkMidnight The easiest way to test is to plug the headset into a smartphone. Keep us posted!
