Orochi V2 Connectivity Issues

First time here, but I've been using Razer gear for about 1-2 years now. Recently bought an Orochi V2, and straight from the gates it started to have connection issues. Every now and then (especially when gaming) the mouse would just disconnect. The only way to get it connected again would be to turn it on again or lightly slam it on my desk. Over the last few days, it's gotten worse. Sometimes it takes an hour to get it to connect when it disconnects right after. I decided to take a stab and fix it. I updated the firmware, and now it won't connect or turn on at all. While my Blade recognizes that it's plugged in, I can't get the mouse to turn on no matter how many batteries I swap out. The lights also won't turn on in 2.4GHz or BT mode. Any and all ideas would be helpful now, as I really like this mouse and I don't want it to be useless after only a few weeks.

This is highly likely a hardware issue. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and start a case for a replacement request if necessary.
