My PC recently crashed and my reliability history said that it was because of razer cortex. I tried to uninstall razer cortex and other files with razer. When I tried to reopen synapse 3, my PC would not allow me to open it. I tried to delete all of my files for razor to reinstall them all, but synapse 3 would not be redownloaded from Google Chrome. I redownloaded razer cortex and all of my deleted files from my recycle bin and still no difference. I also saw a thread that someone else posted about a similar problem and my PC would not allow me to uninstall these applications via the control panel. Please help.

Hey there! Thanks for posting this on our support board. Have you checked whether your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files? Should the issue persists, please log in to safe mode and replicate the behavior by following the steps below:
