Please Help! 2019 RazerBlade 15 - Battery Exploded - No Support From Razer

My late-2019 RazerBlade 15 recently started showing signs of ‘battery bloat’ to the left of the trackpad. As I began removing screws on back plate, they were literally flying off as they released from thread. The casing was barely holding the battery together and when removed, the battery popped open (pictures below)

Every time I try to contact Razer - put in my serial number - and am told I’m out of warranty and left with NO FURTHER ways to contact them? This is insane!! Im not looking for free shit (though i think it would be good business to not sell things that become extremely dangerous with 2.5 years of use).

I need to remedy this and have no way of contacting Razer directly. I know things wear out and expect this to cost me something, but dang this is a pain. As a former Apple devotee, I’m missing their customer service right now.

Figured id give them a chance here first before twitter. Please help if you have any ideas!!!

Sorry to hear about your laptop's bloated battery concern. Please refrain from using the unit for your safety. Please send me a PM, including the unit's serial number, so I can check its eligibility to undergo our out-of-warranty repair. I appreciate your cooperation.
