Problem with 7.1 Surround Sound UI (BlackShark V2 X)
Recently bought a BlackShark V2 X and downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound App. After downloading, application goes directly to tray, when I try to open it, left clicking it only shows my account and right clicking it only shows "log out" & "exit". I've tried reinstalling so many times, updated my drivers but I still cant open its user interface. Thus I can't even use my activation code and use the app. Please help

I'm having the same issue as in the original post. I've bought a Kraken headset and upon installing the 7.1 surround software, nothing opens and only the tray icon appears with the same options as the post above which provide no way to get to the code registration screen or into the software itself.
I've tried the usual steps of reinstalls, computer restarts, updating drivers, disabling antivirus and running as admin for both the installer and the 7.1 surround sound software, all to no effect.
For additional information, the file debug.log located in the install directory frequently outputs the following:
This makes me concerned since the software appears to be failing to make a necessary file somehow despite the performed troubleshooting steps mentioned above. Since I'm not sure what the file should be I'm not sure if it's even related to the primary issue. Hopefully this information helps somewhat towards a solution, thanks in advance.
