Problems with synapse 3.0

    I am struggling with synapse 3. Tried the uninstall and everything. My connection speed is not the problem. Running Win10. Does anyone have a hint of what to do.

    I have tried everything. I refuse to reinstall my OS. Razer make brilliant products but there software is useless. I now cannot play a game that I play daily. Doubt if I ever buy one there products again >guess it's back to the old fashioned Nostromo. N52te. They not answering on twitter either.

    The software installed itself and now my audio sounds terrible. Almost like it's being muffled.

    I cant log into my account on synapse. It has been like that for a few days now. I put my password but it would just load the log in screen again. Its really stupid that my keyboard needs to be connected to synapse for my keyboard settings to work

    May I ask which keyboard you are using? Some keyboards have Onboard profiles that you can set up with synapse and then next time, you just switch profiles without ever having to use synapse. I do it all the time with my lancehead TE which has 5 onboard profiles.

    Im using a tartarus v2, the macro option within the button option menu is missing, i cannot find it to assign my macros, anyone else having this issue with the the new update?
    here is an image blow showing the option is missing

    A lot of keyboards have Chroma. For me to help you... I need to know which model you bought. Etc. Huntsman, blackwidow, ornata.

    My work around is using onboard profiles because internet sucks at work. (Mouse - Customize). The icon looks like a micro sd card for On-board Profiles.

    Hi.
    I got massive problem right now with Synapse and Kraken TE
    After latest Synapse update, every time when I plug headphones to box, after about 30-50s my system is HARD SHUTDOWN. Literally like pulling plug off the wall. Uninstalling Synapse fix everything.

    Specs:

    Ryzen 5 3700X
    Asus x570 Strix f
    Windows 10 1903

    Funny thing, my Debian Buster without razor drivers working fine.

    SYN3 worked for me until razer sent out an update last DEC, 2018, then my prog failed to start after proper loading. I tried everything 4-5x over the past 11 months. About every 3 months I would go back in and try again with the same results. uninstall, delete drivers, unplug, wait, plug in, reinstall, repeat. I tried all the methods I could find on the net also, but none works. I have a old WIN8.1 upgraded to the free WIN10- fully updated. I even walked through the tech install with Razer customer service(30 minutes) the first time but it failed immediately again. So yesterday, I tried the procedure again result - fail. I decided to try the legacy 2.0 Synapse. It works for the mouse, but the keyboard isn't recognized and the app has very few features. I tried installing SYN 3 ON TOP of SYN 2 and the leds in the keyboard went out, all dark, but the mouse operated fine. With the very high prices razer charges for their equipment, you'd think they would send their program to Microsoft Development Team and have them certify it. That's the Chinese for you, trying to make it work on their own, as cheap as possible, without help from the company that wrote the host software. After a year of not being able to use the full functionality of my overpriced mouse and keyboard using their bloated software that refuses to work properly, I will wait for V4 Synapse, maybe it will work. The software is way overcomplicated and bloated with 7-8 different apps just to control some leds and some switches. Im very dissatisfied with this software. When my equipment fails, Im going to a different company.

    my recent update has removed my Naga Trinity completely and my Blackwidow Chroma mostly.. Synapse 3 sucks.... both devices were working PERFECTLY before the last AUTOMATIC update...…. FIX THIS somehow or I'm sending my gear back to the store I bought it from!!!!

    Please do send them back. You seem to have quite a bit of rage and I would hate for Any Razer products to be the victims of your rage...

    He has all rights to be raged. If YOU HATE someone, having trouble with the well known Synapse problems, you are the last, that should comment here in that way

    lol. Never once did I say that I hated the guy. I would just hate for those razer products to be destroyed. Kinda like how you said you were going to do as well. Tbh we live in a very demanding society and when I see people posting thing like " FIX THIS somehow or I'm sending my gear back to the store I bought it from!!!! " on a forum where we are supposed to help each other and share our love for gaming, then yes I am going to get a bit upset. And yet again, I want to clarify, I never once said I hated him. You took my words out of context.

    Ich hab aktuell auch viele Probleme mit Synapse. Jeden Tag Updates aber es funktioniert das meiste nicht. Ich nutze an meinem Stealth die Visualizer Funktion. Aber diese wird nur ausgeführt nachdem ich nach dem Neustart die Programm starte. Per Autostart geht es nicht. Mein Kraken Tournament wird nur nach 3-4 x abstecken erkannt. Im Moment sehr frustrierend Razer Produkte zu nutzen.

    I also have a lot of problems with synapse at the moment. Every day updates but it doesn't work most of it. I use the Visualizer function on my stealth. But this will only run after I start the program after the restart. It's not possible to start a car. My Kraken Tournament is only recognized after 3-4 x set off. At the moment very frustrating to use Razer products.
     
  18. RAZER nice work, i just spent 60$ for deathadder elite but synapse 3.0 won't detect it, synapse 2.0 doesnt even open, and i have tried everything. i'll never buy RAZER again.

    To be honest. This is most likely a problem with either your computer's USB port or perhaps even a faulty USB on your deathadder. You may want to send it back and order a new one Because it may just be a hardware problem. Sometimes you have to unplug and replug it. There are many ways around this. Have you contacted customer support yet?

    Synapse 3 is no longer automatically switching profiles whenever I load up games. It either works all day or not at all. I have no idea how to recreate the problem. It seems to be random. Anyone?
