Question about shipping for assistance

    Hi, i have a question about shipping for have assistance for my microphone.
    You contact the courier and tell me when he will pick up the package or do I have to contact him?
    I have the RMA and the label to put on the package but i don't know how to contact the courier for the shipping.

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. The RMA is normally arranged where the user needs to drop off the defective device at the nearest store, which is FedEx. Please check your RMA instructions too in the email sent by the Support Team. You can contact FedEx too and inquire how to set up an appointment to pick up the device from your address at 1800 10 463 3339.
