random beeping - BlackShark V2 PRO

Hey,
Maybe you guys know how to help me, I got my headset a week ago, still perfect condition never fell literally brand new, and sometimes I have this random beeping, it can be 1 beep and it can be a series of beeps, its like they disconnect and reconnect again.
I tried plug them to another USB port (the adapter or whatever it called, cause they wireless) and for a few hours they was perfectly fine, and now they starting to beep again randomly.

As shows in the software they are 100% battery so it's not a battery problem.

Any suggestions what should I do to fix it? Or may I connect the store I bought it from and ask for a new one?

Thank you guys!

Yeah, they cool.
But that make them unusable for me, every time I hear the beep I want to smash them on the floor, It's too expensive to have these kinds of issues.
I'm having the exact same issue here with my V2 Pro. Seemingly at random and plus 90% battery it starts beeping and I intermittently loose audio and mic. Upgraded the firmware and swapped USB ports but issues persists. Such a disappointment for what should be a great headset.

yup, same issue. It’s usually a series of 2 beeps, one high one low and the audio will cut out for a brief second every once in a while.
Same thing happens to me. It makes the headphones completely unusable. These things are some of the more expensive gaming headsets out there! I did the whole firmware update thing. I uninstalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled it. I've used multiple different USB ports as well as a USB hub that sits RIGHT BY MY KEYBOARD to make sure there's nothing in the way and it still happens constantly.
Completed a few more troubleshooting tasks and it's been stable now for three days no beeps.

here's what I did
1. Ran all windows updates for Win10 20H2
2. Updated firmware of the headset to and dongle to v1.00.11 (did not help)
3. Updated Synapse to the latest version via the link inside the application (not part of the issue but good to do)
4. Downloaded Driver Booster 8 (Free) and updated all my system drivers. (maybe contributed to issues)
5. rebooted as necessary

Think item 6 is what actually improved the situation
6. Plugged in the dongle via a decent quality USB3 2m extension cable from the rear USB3 so no hubs or other devices on the chain. Dongle now sits just under my screen in front of my keyboard.

Well it's not beeping any more and this has been three days of use.

Did practically the same thing, by that I mean place the dongle near my keyboard using my naga wireless hub. That seemed to solve it..... the only thing is WHY even bother with a wireless headset....if it isn't really wireless lmao

Same problem here. Can't fix it.

If you guys still have warranty (which you should) and you purchased it directly from razer. Then just open a support ticket and they will have you send it in and more than likely send you back a new one (as they did in my case)

Looks like there's a firmware update that came out in May 2021. just updated mine hopefully it works. I downloaded the update via Razer website. I didn't see any update via synapse. hopefully it works.
So actually i had this issue with a brand new barracuda x turns out it was beeping and cutting audio to beep because of interference with my wireless router the 2.4gz band once i switched to 5gz band it went away their support is trash and could not figure this out so i figured it out myself. hope this helps. the support said the headset was broken and needed replaced so...

Hi Acolytee, Waltermac, VividGambogeaeroJET433, LightGreenpulsedaily997, TitaniumYellowbitheat470, and
dustman64! Have you all tried repairing or reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and checked for the headset's available update? Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
